Deep tissue massage aims to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. We will slowly press our fingers, forearms knuckles and elbows into the skin with pressure. We will use slow, firm strokes to target deep tissues. We may specifically target knots in the muscles.

MICRODERMABRASION 40 mins- From £40
